Service Description

Crystal Star Grid sessions manifest healing by invoking the powerful energy of two specific types of crystals in a six-pointed star grid formation. These sessions are held lying down on the floor or flat comfortable surface to enable the precise placement of the crystals on and around your body. Choose from a selection of sacred star grids including the following: ✨Physical Healing Grid: promotes deep healing at the physical level, to support the body in healing itself. This grid is ideal for specific issues with physical health targeting areas of dis-ease and discomfort. ✨Life Purpose Grid: promotes a deep inner awareness of your life purposes and assists in weaving and manifesting this in your life, giving you the strength and courage to follow your true calling. ✨Inner Child Grid: Promotes expansion and opening of the heart centre and supports the return of childhood-like innocence and freedom, allowing for a safe environment for a deeper understanding of childhood memories to take place. ✨Relaxation Grid: promotes deep calm and relaxation in a safe sacred space to nurture your desire to rest and reset, helping you to release the mind of chatter and worry. A truly nourishing and supportive session. The session will conclude with a plan for integration of the healing into your daily life and an affirmation card selection. Please note: Tehla will consult with you prior to your session to confirm your choice of grid from the options above (or, if you are unsure which grid you would prefer, she can help you to decide!).
